From the creators of <a title="Chefs Under Fire - Keeper Collection" href="http://www.chefsunderfire.com" target="_blank">Chefs Under Fire™</a>, Keeper Collection is pleased to announce <strong>Sommelier Scott Ota</strong> of <a href="http://www.driskillhotel.com/" target="_blank">The Driskill Hotel</a> as the 2013 Somms Under Fire Champion.  Not only did <strong>Somms Under Fire™</strong> educate our community on the key elements of the <strong>Perfect Pairing, </strong>100% of the proceeds benefitted The Texas Sommelier Conference, thanks to the co-host <a href="http://www.winefoodfoundation.org/" target="_blank">The Wine &amp; Food Foundation of Texas</a>.   As the Winner of 2013 Somms Under Fire, Scott Ota won a Grand Prize of a one-week Wine Internship in Burgundy, France with author, Master of Wine, and Burgundy expert, Jasper Morris, MW, as well as a $1000 stipend for his travels for the Burgundy Internship!</p>
