The entry period for the 3rd annual Somms Under Fire™ Wine and Food Pairing Competition brought to you by Keeper Collection, LLC has closed. Meet the 2014 Somms Under Fire™ Contestants!


Somms Under Fire received some talented and impressive Sommelier Entrants, but after reviewing the entries and challenging them to prove why they are qualified to compete, the final list of three Somms Under Fire Contestants was determined!  On January 26, 2014, these talented Wine Professionals will battle their wine & food pairing skills for an unbelievable Grand Prize Package of a Wine Internship in Burgundy, France with Master of Wine Jasper Morris (not to mention bragging rights as 2014 Somms Under Fire Champion!).  Click on the pictures below to learn more about the Somms: Advanced Sommelier Paula de Pano of Fearrington House in Pittsboro, North Carolina,  Advanced Sommelier Nathan Prater of in Austin, Texas, and Certified Sommelier James Watkins of Cordua Restaurants in Houston, Texas!
