2013 Somms Under Fire Champion

If you’re a wine and food lover, you know that the Perfect Pairing can truly make or break a meal. No matter which comes first, the food or the libation, knowing the Basics of Pairing is a critical component of getting the most out of a culinary experience. From the creators of Chefs Under Fire™, Keeper Collection is pleased to announce Sommelier Scott Ota, Arro Restaurant, as the 2013 Somms Under Fire Champion.  As the Winner of 2013 Somms Under Fire, Scott Ota won a Grand Prize of a one-week Wine Internship in Burgundy, France under the tutelage of Author, Master of Wine, & Burgundy expert, Jasper Morris, MW.  Scott also won a $1000 stipend for his travels for the Burgundy Internship!
